What went WRONG!! In 1986 the payments to Japan by ALL the leading nations that won the second world war stopped. Therefore Japan began it's gradual decline and this is what sucked the rest of Earth's economies into it's current economic downturn. By know means do I think that starting up payments to Japanese will kick start the global economies, as the economies have now declined to far to use a bandaid solution of that means. The plan I have will make both Australia and Great Britain the joint global leaders......it's fairly radical but it will work!!.
